| Job Description |
|
We are working with one of the world\'s leading oil & gas companies that have recently set up a new research & development site in Stirling.
On this site, they will focus on the development of new, truly innovative subsea and downhole technology - most of which will be from the new concept stage. Our client has invested in this on a long-term basis and sees the site as being a key piece of their growth strategy.
We are looking for someone with experience of the design of downhole tooling - particularly in the areas of instrumentation and/or sliding sleeves. Candidates displaying specialist experience in intelligent completions are also of significant interest.
If you fit the above, you will enjoy the technical freedom to develop new technology in a true R&D environment and use youe specialist knowledge of the products to ensure this new generation of products provides benchmark standards for the insustry.
Required: several post-graduate years experience of the above. You will have a degree in mechanical engineering (or equivalent) or an HNC/HND/apprenticeship with subtantial experience of the above.
