| Job Description |
|
Our client, expanding company based in Aberdeen, is looking to recruit a Marine Electrician.
A. Main Job functions
1. To identify faults and determine cost effective solutions for electrical systems within a Marine engineering environment.
2. Implement cost effective solutions for electrical systems within a Marine engineering environment.
3. To provide engineering guidance to customers on the operation, service, repair, return and installation of products and or services.
4. To communicate and co-ordinate with customers, co-workers, sub-contractors, and suppliers to maintain the project plan for completion.
5. To support all of the company functions in supplying either knowledge or labour to satisfy a particular demand.
B. Key tasks
1. To use and update the company software and/or equipment to provide effective solutions that supports the sale of goods and services.
2. To evaluate problems and recommend solutions to stakeholders.
3. To improve the product and/or service quality, functionality and performance.
4. Expedite the supply chain to achieve the delivery dates.
Salary
Approx. £25k per annum
Overtime Paid
Yes, 2 Premium rates, *1.5, *2
Fuel Paid
Business travel only
Location
Aberdeen and/or Montrose
Hrs of Work
Mon-Thurs, 08:00 – 16:30, Fri 08:00 – 15:30.
Any offer would be subject to a satisfactory probationary period.
